Shipping Policy
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
- United States: 5–8 business days.
Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed dates. During peak periods (holidays, promotions) or carrier disruptions, delivery may take slightly longer.
Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking page to show its first update.
Address changes and order cancellations
We can modify a shipping address or cancel an order only before it ships. If you need a change, email info.acepillow@gmail.com as soon as possible (within 12 hours of ordering is safest) with your order number and the correction. Once a package has shipped, we are no longer able to modify it.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund of shipping costs; however, contact us and we will do our best to help redirect or recover the package.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package is marked delivered but has not arrived within 48 hours, email us at info.acepillow@gmail.com with your order number. We will open an investigation with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
